Seojeong Shin is interested in developing methods to intergrate unstructured data (such as clinical genomic data and pathological tissue imaging data) with structured clinical data (OMOP-CDM). She has been developing and proposing the Genomic-CDM as an extension of OMOP-CDM for initiating a discussion in OHDSI community.
She has been participating in the OHDSI community by attending working group meeting and symposium since 2017.
