Maxim has a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences. During his study, he worked on modeling of biochemical networks and scraping of sports data and gained a thorough understanding of SQL, python and java programming.
Since 2016 he has been involved in several OHDSI projects at The Hyve; a company specialised in open source solutions for bioinformatics and translational medicine. These projects were aimed at converting electronic health records from different European contries to the OMOP common data model.
