Dr. Dahm is currently the Director of the UC Health Data Warehouse (UCHDW) and associated data and analytics projects for the University of California Health system in the Center for Data-driven Insights & Innovation. She holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and an M.S degree in Computer Science. She has led multiple data warehouse development and implementation teams, including, in her current position, building a centralized data warehouse in that combines EHR data from the six UC academic medical centers to drive the development and implementation of data harmonization and technology sharing across UC Health. This centralized OMOP dataset provides data to support clinical operations, quality improvement, population health management, and clinical research across the UC system.
