The 2018 4th Annual OHDSI Symposium will take place on Friday, October 12th at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
Please note that Symposium Registration and Tutorial Registration are separate.
Symposium registration is now closed. You may click on the blue button below and fill out the Symposium wait-list form. Should space become available for the symposium, you will be contacted via email and sent an accepted symposium ticket. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be guaranteed a seat and will be allowed in only after accepted ticket holders are allowed in.
2018 OHDSI Symposium Wait-List Form
Registration is free and there are two ticket options: 1) free registration and 2) free registration with donation. Your donation will go towards the organization of the 2018 Fourth Annual OHDSI Symposium and all future OHDSI endeavors. No donation is too big or too small and all donations are appreciated.
After you register, you will get an Eventbrite confirmation email with your registration ticket. Please bring your ticket to the symposium. If you create an Eventbrite account, you will be able to log back in to edit your registration details. Please remember to click SAVE at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
At any time, should you need to cancel your registration, please follow the below instructions:
- If you ordered a free registration ticket, you may log back into your Eventbrite account and cancel your registration.
- If you ordered a free registration ticket with donation, please contact us at symposium@ohdsi.org to cancel your attendance; donations cannot be refunded.
