James Wiggins is a Senior Solutions Architect for Amazon Web Services (AWS) who works with academic medical centers. He helps organizations take advantage of the AWS cloud to perform research that was previously technically infeasible and increase their organization’s agility and cost efficiency. James works exclusively with university affiliated research labs, schools of medicine, and hospital systems. He has worked with other collaborators from the OHDSI community and within AWS to create a reference architecture for OHDSI tools on AWS and automation to allow them to be quickly and easily deployed. James’ career background encompasses over a decade of experience working in healthcare enterprise IT.
