My research is at the intersection of mHealth, data science, and personal informatics. I design and develop tools that help researchers better understand diseases, particularly enigmatic conditions, and help patients better understand and manage their illness. Currently, I am researching the use of mobile health tools in understanding the patient experience, or phenotype(s), of endometriosis and symptoms related to the menstrual cycle.
My current projects include: 1) Phendo, a study to track, manage, and understand endometriosis. 2) ENDL, a study to understand the relationship between pain, the menstrual cycle, and quality of life. I am advised by Dr. Noemie Elhadad.
