3- Is there a fee to attend the Symposium?
Symposium attendance is free. This year we also have a registration contribution ticket where your generous contribution will go towards off-setting the costs of the symposium. We thank you for your support!
4- How do I register for the Symposium?

5-How do I cancel or change my attendance at the Symposium?

6- How do I register for the tutorial workshops on Sunday, September 15 and/or Tuesday, September 17 at the Bethesda North Marriott? Is there a fee for the workshops and may I register for more than one workshop?
You may register for (1) workshop on each day. The Sunday, Sept. 15 workshops have a $100 registration contribution; the Tuesday, Sept. 17 workshops have a $300 registration contribution. These contributions are not refundable; however, if you cannot attend, you may send a colleague in your place.

7- How will I know if I am accepted to attend a tutorial?
This year all workshop tickets are guaranteed.
8- If I am registered for a tutorial am I automatically registered for the Symposium on September 16?
No, Symposium and Tutorial registration are separate.

11- Are there hotel rooms being offered at the Bethesda North Marriott for the Symposium?
There is currently no guest-room block being held at the hotel. Please call the hotel reservations number directly to inquire about guest-room rates and availability. We suggest that you call asap as September is a busy month and rooms will probably sell out.
12- Will meals be provided on Monday, Sept. 16, at the Symposium?
Lite breakfast items and lunch will be offered at the Symposium on Monday, Sept. 16, outside the Grand Ballroom. In addition, a reception will take place after the Symposium. Please check the agenda for details as we get closer to the event date.
13- Will there be a webcast of the Symposium?
No, there is no webcast of the symposium. The General Session and Tutorials will be available via video on our website two weeks after the symposium concludes.
