Thank you for your interest in attending a tutorial workshop at the 2019 OHDSI Symposium in Bethesda, MD.

All tutorials will begin at 9am and will end at 5pm with registration starting at 8am on the respective day. You may sign up for (1) course on each day.
**Symposium Registration and Tutorial Registration are separate.There are (2) tutorial workshops that will take place on Sunday, September 15, 2019. The registration contribution per course is $100.
There are (4) tutorial workshops that will take place on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. The registration contribution per course is $300.
If you have a hardship and cannot pay these contributions, please email us at symposium@ohdsi.org. These contributions are not refundable; however, if you cannot attend, you may send a colleague in your place. If you can no longer attend the course and do not want to assign someone else to attend in your place, kindly email us at symposium@ohdsi.org. Although we cannot offer a refund, we will cancel your attendance. If you would like to switch from one workshop to another, kindly email us and we will transfer your workshop ticket upon course availability.
HOW TO NAME CHANGE YOUR TUTORIAL WORKSHOP TICKET:You will receive an Eventbrite confirmation with your workshop ticket upon completion of tutorial workshop registration. On that email you will see a link that says “view and manage your online order.” After you click on this link, it will take you to Eventbrite where you can either create an account or log into your existing account. Once you are on the Eventbrite website, you may click on the event name and make your changes and then click SAVE at the bottom of the page. You may also access your account at any time to print your workshop ticket.
