Symposium Registration

The 2019 OHDSI Symposium will take place on Monday, September 16, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.

Registration is free and there are two ticket options: 1) free registration and 2) registration contribution.

With a registration contribution ticket, your generous contribution will go towards the organizational costs of the 2019 OHDSI Symposium. Funds provided through contribution tickets will be used to offset the costs of hotel meeting-room rentals, food & beverage functions, Wi-Fi and internet connections, electrical, audio/visual arrangements and professional recording fees of the symposium. We appreciate all the community support we receive in order to continue to enhance the annual symposium!

After you register for the symposium, you will receive an Eventbrite confirmation email which will include a link that says “view and manage your online order.” After you click on this link, it will take you to Eventbrite where you can either create an account or log into your existing account.
Once you are on the Eventbrite website, you may click on the event name and make your changes and then click SAVE at the bottom of the page. You may also access your account at any time to print your registration ticket.

1) If you have a free registration ticket, you may log in to your Eventbrite account and cancel your symposium registration at any time.
2) If you have a registration contribution ticket, kindly email us at symposium@ohdsi.org to cancel your seat.  Please note that contributions cannot be refunded but we will cancel your symposium attendance or transfer it to another attendee upon your request.
