Please complete all fields on the registration form to register for the 2017 OHDSI symposium.
The symposium will take place on October 18th, 2017 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Please note that completion of this form only confirms your attendance at the OHDSI Symposium on October 18th. You will receive a reminder email to hold your spot two weeks prior to the symposium start date.
Email addresses should be unique to each attendee for registration. Please do not register twice on this website with the same email address. You may register another person, but please use a different email address for that attendee.
At any time, should you wish to make any changes to your registration or cancel your attendance at the symposium, please contact us at symposium@ohdsi.org. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
On the last page, please let us know if you are interested in tutorial workshops that will be offered on October 19th and October 20th. Tutorial registration will begin after July 20th. Please note that indicating your interest in attending a tutorial does not mean you are registering for a tutorial. To register for a Tutorial, please visit the 2017 Tutorial Workshops section of the website and choose Tutorial Registration from the drop-down menu.
Please note that your name, organization, job title and email will be shared with participants at the meeting.
