7- How will I know if I am accepted to attend a tutorial on October 19-20?
After you register for the tutorial, you will be notified via email by September 12th to confirm your tutorial attendance. For Workshops 2-4, you must have the prerequisites listed to be accepted into those workshops. Tutorial registration is now closed.
8- If I am registered for a tutorial am I automatically registered for the Symposium on October 18th?
No, Symposium and Tutorial registration are separate.
9- How do I submit an abstract for the collaborator showcase at the Symposium on October 18th?
Please visit the Collaborator Showcase tab for information on abstracts and submissions. The deadline for abstract submissions is August 30th, 2017. Selections will be made by Sept. 25th.

11- Are there hotel rooms being offered at the Bethesda North Marriott for the Symposium?

12- Will meals be provided on October 18th at the Symposium?
Lite breakfast items and lunch will be offered at the Symposium on October 18th in the Grand Ballroom. In addition, a reception will take place after the Symposium. Please check the agenda for details as we get closer to the event date.
13- Will there be a webcast of the Symposium?
No, there is no webcast of the symposium.

17- Is there parking at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel?
The Bethesda North Marriott Hotel will provide parking service at a satellite location over the conference dates and it is located a few blocks from the hotel. Shuttle service will be available to transport guests from the parking location to the conference center and back. Please park your car at 6130 Executive Blvd, Rockville, MD 20852.
Day guests will be dropped off by the Conference Center entrance where they will receive the parking tickets from a Red Coat associate. The parking cost will be $15.00 per day. Payment kiosks will be available on the lower level of the conference center (by the entrance). The guests must pay for parking with a credit card prior to returning to the satellite parking location. No payments can be made at the satellite location.
If guests arrive in the morning and leave during the day but they want to come back, they only need to pay once for the parking. Guests need to keep the stamped ticket if they are planning to come back the same day.
