Qian Xia joined Statistical Programming as a Senior Statistical Programmer, Observational Research and Real World Evidence in June 2016.
Prior to joining Merck, Qian was a Health Care Data Manager at Cegedim Strategic Data and an analyst at successor AIG for over 4 years utilizing Real World Evidence data. She has 9 years professional SAS programming experience working in various industries. Received her M.S. in Operations Research and Statistics from New Mexico Tech. and B.S. in Computer Science from Tianjin Institute of Technology.
Truly believe in the value of Real World Evidence for better understanding of prevalence rate, treatment pattern and healthcare resource utilization .
