OHDSI Cloud Demo Applications Technology Stack
The deployed technology stack for the demo applications in the OHDSI cloud has not been optimized for application performance.
The goal is to demonstrate the application features while maintaining low ongoing infrastructure costs on the Amazon AWS cloud.
Atlas/AchillesWeb
- Application Server: EC2 Server, m3.medium (1 vCPU, 3.75GB Memory)
- Atlas/AchillesWeb/WebAPI are running in Apache httpd/Tomcat within Docker containers on the application server
- PostgreSQL database
- The demo CDM database is one of the databases hosted on the OHDSI LAERTES database server, m3.xlarge (4 vCPU, 15GB Memory)
