Presenter Bio: Xiaoyan Wang, Vice president at Sema4. She leads the healthcare analytics and informatics team and tackles many challenges to transform extraordinary amount of data into rich and meaningful insights.

• Study of Pre-trained Language Models for Named Entity Recognition in Clinical Trial Eligibility Criteria from Multiple Corpora

Presenter Bio: Jianfu Li is a Research Scientist from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He mainly works on developing clinical natural language processing (NLP) software and methods by optimizing electronic health records (EHR) and clinical trials to support clinical research and improve patient care.

Presenter Bio: Yilu Fang is a research associate in Dr. Chunhua Weng's lab in the Department of Biomedical Informatics at Columbia University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning/deep learning, human-computer interaction, data privacy, and healthcare. She received her master's degree in Statistics from Columbia University.
