Objective: To provide the mapping between all OMOP standard and non-standard concepts in drug domain to ATC classification that will benefit ETL-ing of EU data and improve drug class effect studies.

2020 Deliverable:

  • Optimize and troubleshoot the ATC mapping from 2019
  • Document the mapping of drug concepts to ATC classes in a “Cook Book”
  • Develop the best approach for mapping OMOP drug concepts to ATC classes
  • Provide a “User Guides” describing best practice of using the ATC mapping

Third Friday of every month at 10-11am ET (Christian, Anna, and Hamed, but optional for others)
