**Objective:** 
As the OHDSI community grows worldwide, we seek to maintain an open, vibrant and inclusive space for intellectual exchange around large-scale healthcare data. The OHDSI Steering Working Group serves to uphold OHDSI's mission vision and values by ensuring all OHDSI activities and events are aligned with the needs of our growing community. 
In addition, the group serves as an advisory group for the OHDSI coordinating center based at Columbia by providing guidance for OHDSI's future direction.
