Evan Minty MD MSc is a General Internist and member of the O’Brien School for Public Health at the University of Calgary, Canada. He splits his time between clinical practice, applied clinical informatics with Alberta Health Services (supporting their EMR deployments and decision support development) and interests in EMR data science, working largely in the domain of electronic phenotyping.
Evan completed his undergraduate degree in Biophysics at the Univeristy of British Columbia, MSc in Physics at the University of Alberta, MD and General Internal Medicine residency and fellowship training at the University of Calgary, and is completing an MSc in Biomedical Informatics through Stanford University.
